En | "The objective of the project was to evaluate the behavior of the cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) by inoculated with two PGPR Bacillus paralicheniformis (LBEndo1) and Pseudomonas lini (KBEcto4), the interaction among them and a control without bacteria, applying two concentrations of the Steiner formula at 75 and 100 percent under the greenhouse conditions whit two varieties of cucumber (Irit Americano y #4 Americano) in a sand substrates + perlite (75 / 25 %), an experimental design in randomized block was used arrangement 4x2x2, where the factor were: a) PGPR, b) Solution, c) Variety, and variables were weight, length and wide of the fruit, strenght of the peel and the pulp, wide pulp and ºBrix. The data were statistically organized and analyzed in the SAS program by analysis of variance and comparison of means by the LSD test with 0.05 percent. The hypothesis "Inoculation of the PGPR on the cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.), increases the quality and weight of the fruits" was discarded as there was no significance in the bacteria factor in any of the variables, it can assumed that the inoculation into the sand / perlite substrate (75 / 25 %) in the cucumber crop under greenhouse conditions is not feasible and generates unnecessary cost. However, it was not found statistical significance in the Solution factor, it is possible to say that Steiner solution at 75 per cent may lead the growing of cucumber until the harvest whit a profitable yield with both varieties" | es_MX |
