| es_MX |
dc.description.abstract | "Flourensia retinophylla S.F. | es_MX |

En | "Flourensia retinophylla S.F. Blake, common name yerba de mula, is an endemic bush of central and southeastern Coahuila. This species has been little studied for their biological activity. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activity in vitro ethanol extract of the leaves of F. retinophylla against six bacteria and cancer cells HT-29 and identify chemical compounds responsible for the bioactivity ethanol extract of leaves was obtained from F. retinophylla, the extract was evaluated against four bacteria Staphylococcus epidermidis, Enterobacter aerogenes, Proteus hauseri y Proteus mirabilis at concentrations of 50, 75.125, 250, 500 and 1000 ppm and in the second test he was evaluated E. coli and P. vulgaris 125, 250, 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 ppm. The anticancer activity of the extract was evaluated by the technique (MTT) of cell viability and anti-inflammatory activity by the technique “Western blot” in cells HT-29 also determining in the ethanol extract and fractions the total content of polyphenols and flavonoids and antioxidant activity as well as chemical composition is analyzed by LS/ESI/MS2 y CG-MS. The extract antioxidant activity reported 86.81%, which can be attributed to the content of total phenols and flavonoids. They are identified by LS/ESI/MS2 eleven flavonol compounds nature and compounds derived cafeoiliquínicos acids in the ethanol extract and fractions F. retinophylla. The chemical composition analysis of the ethanol extract by GC-MS reported the presence of amide compounds nature. The extracts they exhibited antibacterial activity against bacteria studied six and anticancer and anti-inflammatory activity." | es_MX |
